Which plan is suitable for me?
The most suitable plan depends on your monthly advertising spend, the number of platforms you wish to advertise on, and the level of strategic support required. If you are just starting out or working with a single platform, our Starter Plan is ideal. For brands ready to scale across multiple platforms with more in-depth optimisation, the Growth Plan is recommended.
Do your fees include advertising spend?
No, our monthly management fees do not include advertising spend. This is paid directly to the advertising platforms (such as Google, Meta or LinkedIn). Our fees cover strategy, campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and support.
Is there a minimum contract term?
We generally operate on a rolling monthly basis with a 30-day notice period. However, for Growth and Scale plans, we may recommend a minimum three-month engagement to allow sufficient time for testing and optimisation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you may amend your plan at any time. We simply request advance notice so we can adjust your campaign structure and reporting accordingly. Any changes to billing will be reflected in the following cycle.
What reporting will I receive?
Reporting varies according to the selected plan: Starter Plan receives monthly performance reports, Growth Plan gets fortnightly detailed reports with strategic insights, and Scale Plan includes weekly reports with access to live dashboards and scheduled calls.
